Who can attend
The program is reserved for professionals who have decisional power in purchasing processes (purchasing managers, food&beverage managers, owners, and food brokers) in the following categories:
- Importers of machinery/technology/ingredients (raw materials, finished and semi-finished products) for Gelato, Pastry, Chocolate, Coffee, and Bakery
- Owners and/or managers or purchasing managers chains of gelato shops, pastry shops, bakery shops, coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, pizza restaurants/pizza shops
- Buying groups
- Manufacturing companies (industries and workshops) of Gelato, Pastry, Bakery, Chocolate, and finished products (sweet and savory)
- Airlines companies, cruise ships
