Choco Arena
The Choco Arena, held in the pavillion B3, will host talk, workshop, demos and formation meetings through which current and future scenarios of the chocolate sector will be presented.
A place where companies and business operators will have the opportunity to explore exclusive content and discover in advance trends and secrets about the "food of the Gods".

On Sunday 20th and Wednesday 22nd January, Master Mirco della Vecchia goes on stage in the Choco Arena. Mirco della Vecchia is a renowned chocolatier who holds several Guinness World Records in the pastry and chocolate sector, and he is also the 2007 and 2008 winner of the Italian Championship of Chocolate.
