Gelato Europe Cup
The big new entry at SIGEP 2023 will be the Gelato Europe Cup, which will see the European teams, made up of gelato makers and confectioners, selected to compete at the 10th Gelato World Cup, to be held at SIGEP 2024.
The mission of the Gelato Europe Cup is to celebrate European excellence in traditional artisan ice cream making and foster the professionalism of gelato professionals.
The Gelato Europe Cup joins two other intercontinental selections: the fourth edition of the Latin American Cup, held in Buenos Aires in June 2022, and the Gelato Asia Cup, held in Singapore in October 2022.
